Try The Weight Loss Challenge

The Fete & Shed Challenge is a 6-week body transformation journey powered by soca, sweat, and serious vibes. Participants will commit to better health while dancing their way to weight loss.
It’s open to everyone attending the free sessions and the Fit to Fête event, with progress checkpoints tied to each date.
• Lose 4–10 pounds or more over the challenge period.
• Commit to at least 2 fitness activities/week (including Socaerobics)
• Submit weigh-ins at 3 checkpoints
How It Works:
1. Sign Up (before or at June 21 session)
2. Get Weighed In at each of 3 sessions (confidential, self-reported and verified)
3. Personal accountability weekly for:
– Meal planning and calorie consideration
– Stay hydrated
– Stay active
– Posting sweaty selfies or dance vids
– Plan to attend all Socaerobics sessions
4. Track every step to WIN BIG on July 19th
