The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, 2nd Edition, released by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in 2018, provides science-based recommendations to help individuals aged 3 years and older improve their health through regular physical activity.

The World Health Organization (WHO) Guidelines on Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour, released in November 2020, offer globally recognized, evidence-based recommendations to help people of all ages and abilities lead healthier lives.
