
Ingredients
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup water or low-fat milk
1 ripe banana, sliced
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1/3 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
In a small pot, bring water or low-fat milk to a gentle boil. Add the oats, reduce heat, and simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oats are tender and creamy.
Spoon the cooked oats into a serving bowl.
Top the oatmeal with banana slices arranged neatly in the center.
Place the blueberries and raspberries alongside the oatmeal.
Add a scoop of Greek yogurt onto the plate beside the fruit.
Sprinkle a light pinch of cinnamon over the banana slices.
Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
